May 2026 (Revised 5/17/26, 5/23/26)
Welcome to the Vista Voices website where you'll find information about our clubs and activities and how to sign up to participate! We have many more opportunities to explore that you, the Vista Voices, selected on the recent survey. This enrichment initiative is being developed by resident volunteers who are working collectively to make The Vista the best place to live for active seniors!
The newly designed, official resident name badges are here and available to order. If you arrived at The Vista between September 2025 and May 2026 or never received a name tag, Corporate has graciously paid for your new badge! Yes, it's FREE! Please thank Bethany and her boss Lisa Young when you see them. Your badges will be disseminated through the Resident Liaison program beginning Sunday, May 24. Other Residents have the option to replace their old badge and order the new one for $3.00. Please contact your Resident Liaison to order. We encourage you to wear your badge, whether old or new, to events and activities not only for identification and safety, but also so we can greet each other by name! Remember how daunting it was to move. So much change and a friendly face with a name helps. Also, we are considering ways to incentify you to wear your badge. If you have an idea, share it with one of the Vista Voices Steering Group members (soon to be known as 'The Facilitators'). Or even better through the suggestion box in the gameroom. Stay tuned. . . this could be fun, fun, fun!
Thanks to all who supported the Vista Voices first-ever fundraising event with your purchases. Fundraising and Sponsorships are great ways to underwrite activities you have asked for, like casino trips, day trips, cultural events, hiring an instructor, hiring a van, etc. The V V Finance Committee will be sharing processes moving forward. To those who made purchases at the V V booth, your patience has been greatly appreciated as unforseen production problems fulfilling your orders have left us all frustrated! I think you will be pleased with the results! We will get your items to you beginning Sunday, May 24. Contact Alissa with questions.

Vista Voices is a resident inititative at The Vista at Rayzor Ranch created to identify inclusive activities that allow residents to engage, learn, socialize and grow. These principles are reflected in the Vista Voices Mission Statement.
The centerpiece of the logo, a tree, represents strength, growth, maturity and diversity. The sturdy trunk depicts dual figures, supporting each other with heads upward and arms outstretched to embrace new beginnings.
If you have questions, please contact any of the Vista Voices Working Group members.
